1. Where we ship
We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you before dispatch.
2. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹399.
- For orders of ₹399 or less, a delivery charge applies and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
3. Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Delays can occur during sales, public holidays or due to weather and courier disruptions.
4. Order tracking
Once your order ships, we send the tracking details by SMS/email. You can also track it on our Shipment Tracking page or in My Account.
5. Damaged or tampered package
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.
