These Terms & Conditions govern your use of abivoderma.com and any purchase you make on it. The website is owned and operated by Saturn Formulations Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 463, Industrial Area, Panchkula, Haryana 134113, India (“Abivo Derma”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Products and information
- We try to show product images, ingredients and descriptions accurately. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
- Our products are cosmetic and personal-care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Always read the label, do a patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor if you have a skin condition, allergy, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The MRP is printed on each product.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details.
- We may change prices or offers at any time; the price at the time you place your order applies.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get an order confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud.
5. Coupons and offers
Coupons are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Reviews and user content
Reviews you post must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful or promotional.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — brand names, logos, images, text and design — belongs to Saturn Formulations Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for reactions resulting from misuse or from not following label directions.
10. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panchkula, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Grievance Officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at Saturn Formulations Pvt.
