This Privacy Policy explains how Abivo Derma, a brand of Saturn Formulations Pvt. Ltd. (Plot No. 463, Industrial Area, Panchkula, Haryana 134113, India) (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit or shop at abivoderma.com. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

- Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping address, and anything you write in enquiry, contact or review forms.
- Order information: products purchased, order value, delivery details and order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner (Paytm). We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you use the site.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders and handle returns and refunds.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
