We want you to be happy with every Abivo Derma purchase. This policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work for orders placed on abivoderma.com, operated by Saturn Formulations Pvt. Ltd.
1. 60-day return window
You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, leaking, expired or wrong product: we will replace it or give you a full refund, including any shipping charges paid. Please share photos of the product and outer package within 7 days of delivery so we can process it quickly.
- Change of mind: because skincare and personal-care products are used on the skin, we can accept these only if the product is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
2. Items we cannot accept
- Opened, used or partly used products (unless damaged or defective on arrival).
- Products with a broken seal, missing label or without original packaging.
- Free gifts and promotional samples.
3. How to request a return
- Email support@abivoderma.com or call/WhatsApp +91-8729000609 with your order number, the product and the reason for return (add photos if the item is damaged or wrong).
- We will confirm within 48 hours and arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share the return address.
- Once the product reaches us and passes a quick check, we process your replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
- For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
5. Order cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once shipped, it can be returned under this policy.
